About the villa

Light, bright, airy and arty, this innately cheerful house is furnished with style and flair. With accommodation spread over three levels, Arcadia’s paved outdoor areas reach right down to sun loungers at the water’s edge. At the villa’s ground level there is a bedroom with en suite shower room, and a smart kitchen-cum-games-room, opening out to a breakfast terrace, and furnished with a pool table which converts to a dining table. The middle floor is the living area, with colourful cushions and chairs in the sitting and dining rooms, and several glass doors to the swimming pool terrace, where an al fresco living space overlooks the pool and the sea, and has an outdoor fireplace and a barbecue. And the top floor is shared by three attractive bedrooms, each leading out to the sea view balcony which runs the width of the building. With the historic harbour town of Trogir 30km to the south, and the gorgeous beaches of Primosten just 6km north, the house is 1km from local amenities in Rogoznica, and within easy day-trip reach of both Split and Sibenik.

For the majority of our villas in Croatia you can depart on any day for durations of 5 nights or more.

Please note that the swimming pool will be open from 1^st May – 31^st October only.
