About the villa

This luxury villa opens into a stunning double height sitting room, designed as part of an open plan living space with a modern high gloss kitchen with island and breakfast bar. This space leads through to an indoor/outdoor living area which can be open to the pool terrace; here you will find a kitchen with barbecue and a dining table perfect for al fresco meals. There is also a more formal inside dining room for special dinners. The living area leads out to the pool terrace, where the private infinity pool wraps around the spillover pool, both with views of the lake and surrounding golf course.

Four light and spacious bedrooms are spread over two floors, with three twin rooms with shower rooms en suite, and a king size double bedroom with en suite bathroom and separate shower. Three of the bedrooms have views over the lake or golf course, while one looks out over the gardens at the front of the property. Both Disney World and Universal Studios are easily reached by car.

Important information

In order to travel to the USA British passport holders must have a full 10-year British Passport that is valid for six months after you return to the UK.
You will also need a USA visa or waiver form/ESTA. Apply for your ESTA at least 72 hours before travelling (HTTPS://ESTA.CBP.DHS.GOV/ESTA/).

Cancellation terms: within 57 days before departure, 100% of the rental is due.
